STUDIO RENTAL
Our 1400 square foot studio, located on the lower level of a charming beach house built in 1947, is available to rent daily or hourly for small events and group workshops. The gallery itself has a moveable center wall and track lighting that can be repositioned for space customization.

an adjustable thermostat (heat and AC)
a bathroom
a kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, portable induction cooktop, hot water kettle, and basic kitchen items
a "back of house" area for prep or storage
a record player
a beautiful white oak extendable dining table + seating for up to 10
a lush outdoor garden with patio seating for 6
2 reserved parking spots (additional street parking available)

cocktail party for up to 40 people standing
catered brunch or dinner for up to 36 people
*Note due to the studio's proximity to South Coast Hwy, there can be some street noise. The space is not recommended for gatherings or modalities requiring complete silence.
